1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the On Prem Computer website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
On Prem Computer sells preconfigured hardware designed to run AI models locally. Products are sold as-is with the software and models preloaded at the time of purchase. Hardware specifications and available models may vary by tier.
3. Ownership
When you purchase an On Prem device, you own the hardware outright. The open-source software preloaded on the device is subject to its respective open-source licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0, Llama Community License).
4. Support and Updates
Basic hardware support is included. Optional support plans with guaranteed SLAs are available for purchase separately. Software and model updates may be offered but are not required for device operation.
5. Limitation of Liability
On Prem Computer is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated outputs from our devices. AI models can generate inaccurate information. Users are responsible for verifying all AI outputs before acting on them.
6. Data Responsibility
Since On Prem devices run entirely on your local network, you are solely responsible for the data processed on the device, including compliance with applicable regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) within your organization.
7. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our return policy available at the point of sale. Custom configurations may have different return terms. Contact hello@onpremcomputer.com for all return inquiries.
